Company information
Industrial information comes from company-controlled official sources and explicitly confirmed supplier declarations. Missing information remains unspecified. Health Cofactory does not certify manufacturers or regulatory dossiers.
Private workspaces
Account data, shortlists, uploaded brochures and requests are used to operate your workspace. Supplier access is scoped to approved company memberships and site assignments.
AI-assisted supplier proposals
Uploaded brochures and company statements are processed by Google's Gemini API to suggest profile updates. PDFs are sent as documents; text is extracted locally from Word, PowerPoint and Excel files. Originals remain in private storage. You review, correct or reject suggestions before publication. Do not upload NDAs or unrelated personal data here. Google processes requests under its Gemini API terms; this service does not promise zero retention by the AI provider.
Private RFI answers
Sensitive supplier answers are stored separately from public profiles. Only answers explicitly shared by an authorized supplier member are included in Premium RFI exports. Export events are recorded for administration; suppliers receive aggregate notifications without buyer identities.
NDA and confidential projects
NDA sending and electronic signature are not available. The proposed Projects workflow is still being defined. Do not upload an NDA to the brochure or completed-RFI extraction forms. No NDA is sent to an AI model. Any future document retention or signature service will require an updated policy before activation.
Corrections and removal requests
Use the request form in your buyer workspace to ask for a correction or profile removal review.
